• Pristine Beauty cannot be held responsible for any illness, infections or damages caused by wearing cosmetic contact lenses bought via our website.
• Contact lenses can cause eye infections if not correctly used or stored.
• It is your responsibility to care for and store your lenses appropriately.
• You must be a minimum of 18 years old to purchase cosmetic contact lenses from us.
• There is a strict no-returns policy unless goods arrive damaged or are an incorrect shipment. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
• We do not accept returns or offer exchanges in the event of you choosing the wrong colour lenses.
• Orders are dispatched promptly so we may not be able to cancel your order although we will consider it if possible.
