The only exception to our non-return policy is that in the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or incorrect items we may replace the lenses.

If you have changed your mind on the colour of lenses once you have received them, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you have thoroughly considered the colour choice of your cosmetic lenses before placing your order.

We do not cover or reimburse any return shipping costs.
